David B. Sarnoff, Esq., ACC, is a highly sought-after ICF Certified Executive Coach, leadership trainer, and keynote speaker with a deep track record of helping professionals enhance their leadership effectiveness, navigate workplace dynamics, and drive meaningful change. As the founder of Sarnoff Group LLC and a consultant to Loeb Leadership, David brings decades of multidisciplinary expertise spanning law, executive search, business ownership, and governance—providing him with an unparalleled perspective on the challenges faced by corporate executives, attorneys, managers, and individual contributors. David has coached scores of leaders including managing partners, practice group leaders, general counsels, senior scientists, engineers, CTOs, COOs, managing directors, SVPs, managers and teams.
David uses his leadership coaching strengths to elevate his clients’ professional performance, outlook, emotional intelligence, leadership potential and team building skills. After practicing law for several years, he transitioned into executive search for over 17 years. David was a co-founder of executive search firm Morandi, Taub & Sarnoff LLC, for over 11 years where he coached hundreds of attorneys, legal professionals and consulted with law firms and legal departments.
In December 2021, David became an Adjunct Instructor for the iCoach New York, now iCoach Global, executive coaching program based in the Zicklin Business School at Baruch College. He is also an alumnus of this program. David is committed to allyship and inclusion and in September 2022, he was appointed to a two-year term, as the Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
Additionally, he served for 6 years on the Fort Lee Board of Education with 3 consecutive years as Board President, gaining deep insights which benefit his clients in the field of education. He applies other aspects of his background as business owner and executive search consultant to help corporate executives, leaders, managers and individual contributors.
