After practicing law for several years, David transitioned into executive search, where he spent more than 17 years. He was a co-founder of the executive search firm Morandi, Taub & Sarnoff LLC for over 11 years, where he coached hundreds of attorneys and legal professionals and consulted with law firms, companies, and investment funds.
In December 2021, David joined the faculty of the iCoach New York executive coaching program, now known as iCoach Global, based at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
